Have you noticed that Coupons.com has been making some changes to the way you print coupons? We’re here to help you navigate how and when these changes will be occurring, so you don’t miss a single coupon! Many of you have probably noticed that Coupons.com has started asking for phone verification before printing. Beginning today (March 15, 2017) when you print via the coupon printer software from Coupons.com, they will ask you to upgrade to phone number authentication. Upgrading to phone number authentication is quick and will ensure that these coupons are accessible to everyone. A message will appear in the form of a pop-up screen when you try to print a coupon (see image below) asking for you to enter your phone number for authentication. We encourage you to select the “Upgrade Now” option for phone number authentication so that you can continue printing coupons once the coupon printer software is disabled in the near future.

You may be wondering how you are going to print from Coupons.com if you do not have a cell phone… In the event that you do not have a cell phone, you can call (888) 910-1457. You will need to leave your name, email, and phone number with Coupons.com and someone will call you back within 1 business day to provide you with a code so you can continue printing. We know this may be inconvenient for some of you, but this is the only option that Coupons.com currently offers for people without cell phones who want to continue printing from their website.

What can you expect during the voluntary upgrade period?

  • The voluntary upgrade pop-up window will continue to appear each time you attempt to print until the upgrade to phone number authentication is completed.
  • You can either choose to upgrade to phone number authentication immediately or the next time you attempt to print it will offer you the option again.
  • This will not affect people who are already printing via phone number authentication.
