Nope, neither way worked for me. Copy and paste said I had already printed it and clicking took me to their web page w/ no place to print a q.

Cut and paste seems to work for me. Allison, that link won’t work. I tried that first. It came from a banner ad on a website. I tried the cut and paste several times and it works for me each time.
